Shipping + Delivery

Once an order is placed please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order ships.
(For In Stock items only)
During high volume times (holidays or new launches) orders may take an additional few business days.

Free shipping is available for only US domestic orders that meet a min requirement of $250 USD before taxes. (No code needed will be automatically applied at checkout if applicable)

PRE-ORDERS

What does pre-order mean?

A pre-order means an item is not in stock but available for you to purchase. This guarantees that you'll secure the item before it sells out.

How long will it take to receive my pre-order?

A pre-order timeline will be made available for each pre-order item that will be updated frequently under the 'Pre-Order' tab.

I ordered both an in-stock + pre-order item. When will my order ship?

orders will ship once all items become available. If your cart contains both an in stock and pre-order all your items will ship together once the pre-orders are ready to ship.

Please keep this in mind if you wish to place separate orders for in stock and pre-order items.

Returns + Exchanges

Officially Licensed Collaborations are excluded from returns.

Returns & Exchanges for US Orders

For both returns + exchanges customers must agree to our terms below.

Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received (unwashed, unworn, no damage, stains or odors). Items must be neatly folded, does not have to be perfect but please ensure it is neat.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Mail returns in a secure parcel to avoid damage during shipping.

(Failure to provide original packaging could result in a return or exchange being denied)

we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria mentioned.

For exchanges as long as the item is in stock we can proceed with a size exchange or swap for a different item. Customer will be invoiced for any cost difference and invoiced for the cost of the return and new shipping label to process the exchange.

For returns the return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

If an item fails to meet the criteria you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to you as is.

We will provide you with a return by date when items need to be returned to process returns/ exchanges quickly.

International Returns & Exchanges

Returns + Exchanges will not be accepted for international orders.

International orders & shipping

We are no longer responsible for your order once it leaves our warehouse and it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

It will be the customers responsibility to resolve any issues when it comes to the delivery. We can provide assistance to help you if their are issues with receiving your order.

DHL Ecommerce lost claims must be filed within 90 days of the shipping date.

Customers must reach out within the 90 day timeframe for help in resolving international shipments.
