Returns & Exchanges for US Orders

Officially Licensed Collaborations  are excluded from returns. Exchanges are possible if size is in stock.

For both returns + exchanges customers must agree to our terms below.

Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received (unwashed, unworn, no damage, stains or odors). Items must be neatly folded, does not have to be perfect but please ensure it is neat.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Mail returns in a secure parcel to avoid damage during shipping.

(Failure to provide original packaging could result in a return or exchange being denied)

we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria mentioned.

For exchanges as long as the item is in stock we can proceed with a size exchange or swap for a different item. Customer will be invoiced for any cost difference and invoiced for the cost of the return and new shipping label to process the exchange.

For returns the return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

If an item fails to meet the criteria you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to you as is.

We will provide you with a return by date when items need to be returned to process returns/ exchanges quickly.

If items are not returned by the return by date, return will no longer be accepted.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by submitting a withdrawal request directly through your account on our website or by sending our support team an email to support@hashirastudios.com within the 14-day period. We will send you a confirmation of your withdrawal request by email.

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods if they have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., certain intimate apparel).
