Pre-Order General Information

General timeline for pre-orders are subject to change.

Pre-Orders are estimated to ship 3-4 months from the date the pre-order window closes. 

1. Week 1 & 2: Uncapped pre-orders are open and you are able to place an order securing your item, after the uncapped pre-order period (7-14 Days) is over, orders can still be placed at a capped capacity. Once the uncapped pre-order window is over, items will go into production. 

2. Production: Production begins after the first week of the pre-order window, estimated to take around 35-45 days excluding public holidays but can take longer depending on the complexity of the product. 

3. Sea Shipping: Once production is done it takes our manufacturer 1-2 weeks to prepare and ship all the items to us. Once its on the shipping vessel, it can take 25-35 days to arrive to our warehouse. 

4. Fulfillment: As soon as the item arrives, we will begin fulfilling your orders. Keep in mind we don't outsource this, we are a small team of 3 people. This can take 5-10 days depending on the volume of orders.
