Pre Order

General timeline for Pre-Orders but subject to change. Pre-Order are estimated to ship 3 months from the date the pre-orders closed.

1. Week 1: Pre-Orders are open and you are able to order, after Pre-order period( 7 Days) is over you are no longer able to order this item and it will go into the production phase.
2. Production:  Production begins, estimated to take around 25-30 days excluding public holidays but can take longer depending on the complexity of the product.
3. Sea Shipping: Once Production is done it takes our manufacturer 1 week to prepare and ship all the items to us. Once is on the vessel shipping can take 25-35 days to arrive to our warehouse.
4. Fulfillment: As soon as the items arrive, we will begin fulfilling your orders. Keep in mind we don't outsource this, we are a small team of 3 people. This can take 5-7 days depending on the volume of orders.
